Operational Leasing with Services Included

The Operational Leasing with Services Included can be defined as a long-term rental, on 3 or 4 years respectively. Throughout the contract, according to an agreed mileage, our customer benefits from a fixed monthly installment, which comprises a wide range of services, and which can be personalized on a case by case basis.

• fixed monthly installments: exact budgeting of the costs regarding the car fleet;
• zero initial financial effort;
• off-balance sheet solution: the good is not registered in the accounting system of the customer, but of the financing party (who takes over the costs for depreciation or amortization);

Sale and leaseback

This product refers to the situation when the financing party purchases an already existing fleet from the customer and rents the fleet back to him. It is a solution agreed by most of the mature companies which are searching for liquidities necessary to their main activity or to other opportunities.
